Follow Up on Subway’s Free Physical Fitness Kit for Homeschoolers

In July, I posted that Subway was giving away free Random Acts of Fitness Kits. Unfortunately, they have since run out of the kits, which is too bad, because ours arrived and it is a really nice kit with pedometers, an activity book, stickers, and more. I am not writing to tease you about something you can’t get though. I’m writing because Subway has put all of the written components online. They make for a very-nice, free physical education/health curriculum. The downloadables are here. They include monthly challenges and weekly activities, along with award certificates.

Also, you can be added to a mailing list to become one of the first to learn about next year’s kit.
