This week, we continued to work on colors with Dora. I made a couple of printables for her that I thought I would share. All of these items work best if printed out on card stock. Please let me know if you have any problems with these printables.
Feel free to use these printables for your personal use. If you want to mention them on your blog, great, just please be sure to send your readers to this post. Thanks!
Color Matching File Folder Game – Glue the paint cans to the insides of a file folder, leaving the top side of each paint can open. Have your child sort through the various items into the matching paint cans. If your child has trouble matching the items, you might have him look at the colors book (below) first so he can learn which items go with which color (I added a few items that are not in the book to further challenge Dora).
Color Matching Memory Game – Pairs are made by matching a color to an item of that color. If your child has trouble matching the items, you might have him look at the colors book (below) first so he can learn which items go with which color.
Colors Book – This is a little book about colors. When you print it out, it may look like the pages are messed up, but when you put them all together and fold the booklet in half, it will be right. It is intended to be printed double-sided. If you cannot do that, you will need to glue or tape the pages together or else you will have blank white pages in between the actual pages.
